We will meet with you to evaluate your property to see if it is something that should appealed or not. If after this meeting I determine that it is better that you do not file an appeal, I will tell you at that time. Many times it is better not to file an appeal as your tax could raise if certain information is submitted to the appraiser's office.
Classification change - if after discussion of your property it is decided that a classification change is needed, I will handle all of the necessary work that needs to be done. I will then handle the appeal and present the evidence I have accumulated at the hearing. After this classification change is awarded, I will continue to do the necessary work for your property to guarantee that you do not lose the new classification.
If I feel you have a valid reason to appeal and I commit to taking your case, my payment will be based on a percentage of what I save you. If I am unsuccessful in obtaining a reduction for you, no fee is due to me.
